Refund policy

Equilibrium Labs LLC guarantees our products and we always strive to keep all our costumers happy and feeling fairly treated.

If you are dissatisfied with one of our products, all you need to do is send it back and we will refund the received items  (less shipping and handling). To request a refund or replacement, please send an email to info@soberup.com with your name, order confirmation number, and reason for the request, within 30 days of receiving your shipment.

If the product you received was damaged in transit, or is otherwise defective, we will fully replace it at no cost to you. Refund policy subject to revision without prior notice.
